Kenny Zail grew up in Chicago, near Midway Airport, went to school at Trine University in Angola, IN. After school Kenny had a brief stint as an insurance underwriter, but his love of music lead him to become a professional drummer and teacher for alomost 15 years. This is where he learned teamwork to be the cornerstone of any musical group. Later as a sales manager in the retail industry, Kenny Zail took the team skills he learned from music and adapted them to the corporate world.
Kenny Zail now solves team issues pertaining to communication, collaboration, and conflict.
