Born and raised in Chicago, Kenny now makes his home in Atlanta. His varied business background started as an assistant life insurance underwriter, radio disc jockey and award winning sales manager of a Fortune 500 company.

Yet his most informative endeavor was as a professional drummer, instructor, and author for 13 years. Playing in jazz trios, rock groups, to leading full orchestras, Kenny Zail developed the ability to bring diverse players together for a common purpose, keeping them on track, yet letting them express themselves.

He has taken this concept to the corporate world with much success. His presentations, under Making Teams ROCK! , gives you the critical factors for creating an effective team environment.
