After college Kenny Zail was a professional drummer for over 15 years. Playing in jazz trios, rock groups, and leading full orchestras. Kenny Zail developed the ability to bring diverse players together for a common purpose, keeping them on task, yet letting them be creative.

      

Kenny took these team leadership skills and went into Sales Management, where he led his sales teams to numerous sales awards.

  

Kenny Zail now speaks to audiences about team building and how to improve teamwork.

His belief in interactive learning is shown with his use of audience response devices, TV-Style game shows and business simulation games to motivate, engage and educate teams to better results.

 

Born and raised in Chicago, Kenny Zail now makes his home in the Atlanta area.
